1.1 Domestic Shipping Coverage
OOME currently ships to most locations within India. Our primary shipping network covers major cities, towns, and remote areas. During checkout, you will be notified if we are unable to deliver to your location.
We are continually expanding our network to ensure that more areas are covered. If you wish to inquire about a specific location, please feel free to contact our customer support.
1.2 Locations Excluded
Currently, we do not offer shipping to:
- International addresses (outside India)
- P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)

2. Order Processing and Dispatch
2.1 Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order and payment is confirmed, the processing begins immediately. Please note the following:
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders on Weekends and Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming the shipment and providing tracking details.
2.2 Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not been dispatched yet. Simply contact us at care@oome.in or call +91-22-66114444.
- After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the product after delivery per our Return Policy.
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time may vary based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and other factors. Our standard delivery options are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: A faster option, typically taking 2-3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available only in select cities (please check during checkout).

4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Free Shipping Offer
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹499 within India.
4.2 Standard Shipping Charges
- For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.
4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
- A ₹50 COD charge will apply to all orders placed with the Cash on Delivery payment option.
Shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Address Accuracy
5.1 Providing Accurate Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or delivery failures.

- Incorrect Addresses: If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, your order will be returned to OOME, and we will charge additional shipping fees to reattempt delivery.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
6.1 Causes of Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, the following factors may cause delays:
- Weather Conditions: Adverse weather, natural disasters, or national/local crises.
- Courier Delays: Delays caused by third-party courier services.
- Peak Periods: High demand during sale events or holidays can extend delivery times.
6.2 What to Do in Case of Delay
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
